Gayesco staffs an innovative team of electrical and mechanical engineering professionals who provide project design assistance in accordance with the various industry codes and standards.  The department is headed by Bill Trevillion, our certified Professional Engineer.

Gayesco is qualified to manufacture our products in accordance with the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code and apply a Code "U" Stamp.  We also have an NBIC "R" Stamp for Pressure Vessel repairs.  The following is a list of some of the benefits of doing business with a company holding ASME authorization. 

  • A documented Quality System that has been reviewed and approved by our Authorized Inspection Agency and the State Board.

  • Annual audits from our Authorized Inspection Agency, as well as being audited every three years by the State Board and ASME to ensure the continued compliance and evolution of our Quality System.

  • All Design and Fabrication processes and/or steps are documented within our Quality System to ensure uniformity.

  • All of our welders have been certified to meet ASME standards and these certifications documented.

  • All individuals involved in the testing and inspection of our product are thoroughly trained and this training documented.

  • We have complete trace ability with respect to all materials used in the manufacturing process.  This trace ability is in accordance with ASME and/or ANSI standards.
